    According to the article they knew it was the site of a hospital, no? Not a far stretch to assume burial sites as part of the package IMHO.

    True. When we visited Gettysburg we stayed at a b-n-b that was a union hosptial. Still had blood stains in the wood floor.

    Can anyone doubt the accuracy of a dousing rod?  My grandpa said he could use one to find water, but he sure ahd a lot of dry wells.

    I`d feel a little uncomfortably living on top of graves. Seems disrespectful, if you know the graves are there.
