    Fathers and Sons in History1. Know of any 3 generation lines of success/missuccess?2. Know of any other famous cases of dynastic succession gone right?Pippin Short to CharlesPhillip II to Alexander of Macedon(But younger brother) Olaf to Harold HadradaI'd like to have more of these to look at.  There are lots of 2 generation fails, but unless they relate to something unusual and interesting happening, I dont need that.

    Found another one : Chakri Dynasty (1782-Present)It started with : Phrabat Somdet Phra Buddha Yodfa Chulaloke the Great (Rama I) in 1782, followed by :- Rama II  1809- Rama III  1824- Rama IV  1851- Rama V  1868- Rama VI  1910- Rama VII 1925- Rama VIII1935- Rama IX  1946 (current aka Phrabat Somdet Phra Poramintharamaha Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great Somdet Phra Pathara Maharat)  😛
