Participant;D That is hilarious. ;D Just the idiocy of not checking something so simple would keep me from voting for him regardless of political affiliation. It kind of highlights what the political class thinks of the average American though doesn't it?

ParticipantSpear said, adding that his father was a tank gunner who fought in Europe during World War II.
Then it begs for question - on which side his father fought ;)?

ParticipantI would assume his father was in the American Army since he was born and raised in NC according to his official bio. What is more revealing is the implication of the add is that he is a vet and he has never served in the military although he was a cop. Below is a copy of the mailer. The last question is what retard looked at that picture and said "yeah, those look like Americans." There are only about 1,000,000 visual clues that those are not American soldiers the most glaring of which is the helmets.

ParticipantWell since the K-pot (PASGT,LWH, ACH) or Fritz helmet (sic) design is based on the Stahlhelm one, the confusion is easily understandable from a neophyte. However, just like the reenactment dude, it's always better to think long and hard before speaking.

That's essential. The photo leaves no doubts, although I've seen German troops only in movies. I guess the responsible guy is a woman 😉

ParticipantMale or female, they are still an idiot. In the military we call mistakes like this failing to pay attention to detail. In Drill Sergeant school when we got gigged and had to do push-ups we would also have to yell “attention to detail” on the way down and “teamwork is the key” on the way back up. It is a mistake that should have never happened in the first place.
