Take a look at this MSNBC video:[html][/html]Interesting stuff that Kennedy has to say about the presidency. Applicable even today. McCain should have used that Kennedy soundbyte in his own campaign commercials...Have you ever wondered which party Kennedy would be in today if he were still alive? I imagine he would have followed the path of his brother and remained a Democrat, yet some of what I've heard him say sounds rather conservative/Republican.
Kennedy was a moderate conservative in the vein of John McCain. He would have remained a Democrat and would have sought out alliances with people like Joseph Lieberman.
