That's a good point.  Yes, I can ban by name, hostname, IP….and I just checked and it looks like HF was using the same IP for a while and JL is using a different one.  It is possible that HF's IP changed.  But we will have to stay tuned to see there are other indications it's the same person.  I think it would become all too clear sooner or later.

Again, the point is taken.  I just noticed some misspellings in one of JL's posts that looked reminiscent of HF's misspellings.  Then again, HF rarely posted outside the Lyceum….this guy is posting in a variety of boards.Then again, I checked hostnames.  HF used to use a California hostname, whereas I think JL uses one from Cincinnati.  I don't know.  The truth shall reveal itself.  BTW I placed him in the Barbarian membergroup so he has no access to the Roman Senate Chambers.

I don't think he's HF, he's too smart. PLus HF never or rarely ever talked (coherently) about foreign countries.

I just started to wonder because of the content of his posts and the way they were written.  He starts good and rapidly devolves.  I didnt ask him anything because if he is like HF then I would just be pounding my head against a wall anyway.

Exactly, but that is fun.  I hope to get Ivkhan to start thinking critically instead of ideologically.  Little success so far but Baby steps.

Good luck with that.  At least skiguy is enjoying the exercise in futility though.  As for me, I was going to take another stab at Ivkhan, but I poked myself in the eye and found that to be more productive than trying to reason with Mr. Bulgaria.
