Interesting list. I am sure the ancient astronaut crowd makes a lot of hay out of the Dropa stones. Some of the others I have heard of.
Yeah, no kidding. I notice that there wasn't one other possible explanation listed at the bottom of the list on that page – that of “fabrication”.
They did mention that many of them might be hoaxs, but in a tone that made it seem like a hoax was a long shot.
If they weren't fabrications, where they were found kind of blows the evolutionary/millions of years old earth theory out of the water.

Or does it? They don't really present a lot of evidence that they are not hoaxes, just kind if dismiss the hoax claims. Thousands of years of scientific theory and simple logic say they probably are hoaxes. That is much more likely than ancient astronauts despite all the conspiracy theories out there.
