You would be correct. But I think we interpret scout's definition differently. You say he advocates it, I say he is just explaining how the world is.
That would be my take as well.
I was merely elaborating a rule that has been operative throughout most of historical time. I have not staked a position either way on THIS thread. I tend to not like to argue the morality of historical actions, they are what they are and the individual is free to make their own moral judgments, they don't need me to shove mine down their throat.
