WallyParticipant
We should have kept our noses out of Israel's business. It was their war not ours. If our government accepted the findings, then either 1.) they were doing something they didn't want discovered or 2.) Israel intended to destroy the Liberty and we were embarrassed that they were able to do it. 3.) We didn't want to lose Israel as an ally since they were the most powerful ally in the region we could have.
Seems the logical conclusion, IMHO.
WallyParticipantPolls are stored separately from posts. Not surprised that some were lost.
It wasn't a poll; Wordfile (I think), but not a prob. I fact might have been a rather wordy post [read Bovine Generated organic Additive :P]... so no matter.Cheers, Wally
WallyParticipantDon't get no better than this!
WallyParticipantOh I wasn't talking about the Dinos. I was hinting that the Bible does seem to indicate that there were other people living outside of Eden. Adam and Eve might not have been the first couple. Oh and read Chapter 4 as well. You should read 4 and 5 very closely.
Point taken 😉 and in the words of and old history prof. of mine, I need to keep my acerbic wit from getting in the way of my argument. Thanks for reminding me Don.Cheers, Wally
WallyParticipantSorry but we need to know about cultures. We can't make peace or war effectively with out this. These guys are nuts!I had a better post but hit the wrong key! Stuff!Wally
WallyParticipantYou guys need to read Genesis chapter 5 really close. Then get back to me. I never did post this over at Christian Legacies, but perhaps I should have. There's a treasure trove of information in that chapter. Don't read it too fast or you might miss what is implied...and it goes a long way in explaining the Land of Nod mystery.
Okay, perhaps I was a bit on the tongue-in-cheek side here... no lizards in Gen 5 that I see. Just my sideways way to say that Dino and Fred were different eras of geologic time. 😀
WallyParticipantSeeing all the unrest and the turmoil in our world today, one cannot help but question- where will all this lead to?
Check out Generations by Strauss and Howe... they would call this an unraveling... we could be headed for war or not, depends on how the leaders handle it.
October 4, 2007 at 1:21 am in reply to: The moral decline of Biblical principals in America today #9882WallyParticipantHey, America is not so bad! >:(But I agree that the morals are declining 🙁
As long as folks risk life and limb to get here we're okay. I'm also pretty sure these folks at least aren't all coming for sex, drugs, and rock and roll. We're still #1 when you consider any alternatives, eh? 😉Wally
WallyParticipantOr perhaps it has been at least since 1967????
WallyParticipantThey should just strive to good science… what they find, if unbiased, will find it's own audience and be misinterpreted as the audience sees fit. 😮
WallyParticipantKind of goes around in a circle, huh?
Too true and too, true. 😉
WallyParticipantAgreed.
WallyParticipantIt must have gotten eaten up after restoring the database after the site was hacked or after an upgrade.
Seems like that happened to a link to Why Study History too. Such is life in the tech age 🙂
WallyParticipantI think this proves that the Bible account of creation is accurate.Human and dinosaurs coexisted together! If you would like more information to answer your questions, I would recomment you to visit http://www.creationontheweb.com it contains great information in their article archives
So Adam and Eve saddled up Dino and rode of[f] to the land of Nod?
WallyParticipantMe too. I think none of the presidential canidates are good moral leaders :-[
Better the brother than the mother.
