Ha, sorry about that.  No, we weren't.  I made an adjustment to the number of e-mails I can attach to this domain and it apparently reset the bandwidth amount on all my web sites.  I have since upped it back to 2 gigabytes per month (I think we were between 400-500 megabytes thus far for the month of October).
