my history professor has assigned to write couple pages about thesis, summary, and relation with revolution and some personal concept about the Bacon's Rebellion: Prologue to the Revolution by FRANTZ JOHN B. Regional and class hiccup; Bacon and the formerly indentured had moved into Indian territory (the back counrty) and when the asked the Tidewater folks for support the no was based on two issues. 1. They had already subdued their Indians and... 2. saw no reason to get involved in a hassle out west (to save some rabble).
3. Because Berkeley and his cronies didn't want to upset the lucrative deerskin trade with the Algonquians. To Berkeley, money was more important than people's lives. 🙁
