I'm looking for a good map of Rome's seven hills (perhaps even topographical) that also shows which buildings were built where. I've found a number of similar maps, such as the following:http://www.roman-emperors.org/staticr.htm...but I'd prefer something more clear. Perhaps I shall create my own map and post it here once I'm done.
Navigate around here http://www.besthistorysites.net/index.shtmlI looked quickly but didn't find anything(caution: one can get sidetracked very easily on this website. ;D )
I'm trying out the Ancient Rome layer on Google Earth to see how good it is. It allows you to load up thousands of ancient buildings and monuments in Rome. Nice, since I'm reading an article for class discussing specific roads and monuments that are difficult to envision without such a map.http://earth.google.com/intl/en/rome/
