Of the 7 continents, Asia is the one with the most number of countries. However there are many grey areas in which it can very argumentive or debative or whether certain nations and the people of those nations are Asia or Asian or not. I will touch on 3 of them 1) Russia2) Turkey3) Papau New Guinea1) RussiaIn terms of geographical terrian landscape, Russia streches from Asia to Europe ! Most of which is under Asia generally speaking.In terms of the architect design and structures of many of the traditional buildings of Russia, it is very ASIAN. to be more specific, i personally find them very muslim. Politically, Russia and Russians are classified as EuropeansIn terms of the biological physical appearances and features, they are definately europeans. but comparing to other europeans in terms of biological physical appearances and features, Russians are taller, bigger in size and much stronger/fitter than the other europeans. In fact they have very different eyes as compared to other europeans as well. where the Slang is of concern, Russian Slang is the deepest, heaviest and strongest than any other europeans combined. Culturally they are also europeans.In terms of enthnic group or racial classifications, in countries like northern part of mainland China, Mongolia and many other middle east nations, Russians have a long history of population migrations into those countries and to those countries, they are regarded as an ASIAN enthnic group or race in terms of classifications. However in nations like Singapore for an example, they will never be classified as Asians but instead europeans. In terms of History wise, it is full of arguements and debates. where ancestry is of concern, it is european. Religion wise is European too !To some Asia nations and Asian countries the nation of Russia and the Russian people are consider to be as a Asia nation and Asian people but to others it is not. To the europeans, they see Russians and Russia and Europe and Europeans. ====================================2) TurkeyTurkey in terms of geograhpical landscape terrian is very subjective/argumentive/debative as it a very half half kind of case. Turks people in terms of their physical and biological features and appearances is very european.culture wise on the overall is european as well. religion wise is Asian.base on history and ancestry they are asians. although turkey is a middle east country, to what i personally know, the middle east nations never ever regarded turkey as an ASIAN or Asia nation and people but instead European and Europe. They only acknowledge Turkey as part of the middle east. The Europeans had always refused to accept Turkey and the Turks as part of Europe or as an European. The Turkish themselves however had always wish to classify themselves as part of Europe and as europeans instead of Asia and Asians. ===============================3) Papau New Guineain terms of geographical landscape terrian, it is inside Asia.In terms of the physical and biological features and appearances they are very Asian.Where culture and history is of concern it is also Asian. but however, they are classified as part of paciifc region or what some call as Oceania continent !In fact rightfully and originally both australia and new zeland could have been classified as part of asia and as asian until events history change it all. hence they are not part of asia or asians. =============================Pls do share with me what you know on your part
