    This is a new idea – citizens get to vote on what they want to cut out of government spending.  Is this a fad or are they on to something?http://republicanwhip.house.gov/YouCut/

    Ah…I guess I didn't think of that.  I guess I'll find out soon enough…I voted to cut the union payments.

    I voted to cut the non-reformed welfare program.  But then, I am a mean spirited person anyway.
