Just an FYI: I am in the process of fixing boards to be more comprehensive in their coverage of dates and places. Most recently, I have merged the French Revolution board with the Enlightenment board and have changed the name to “The Age of Reason”. Of course, all posts that were in either of those boards are in the new one. I have also included some dates in the descriptions which more or less define the coverage of the board. These dates should be used as guidelines rather than rules; don't be afraid to post something in one board that could be posted in another.
Funny you should ask. There still seem to be gaps in the European section, but I think I am mostly done. I might still make some modifications down the road.
Ask Phid how I like to change things around on my boards and he'll be the first to tell you I'm never satisfied until I screw the code up and have to start over. 🙂

Thanks. I might tinker around with it some more. On another note, I've gotten a lot of spammers signing up today. I'll delete and ban them ASAP. They may have sent a scout a few days ago, and we fell for it. Look here.
Curious. The fellow is not a spambot, but a scout for other forum spammers? Do you mean to tell me there are folks out there whose job it is to locate boards for those who want to spam mp3 ads and such? That's crazy.
Well, I say that as a speculation. The MannoFr account was signed up a week or so ago and posted a message without links, and we responded to it. Today I did a search and I find the exact same message on another forum – a sign that it was a spammer, probably today. Then a few days ago we get another account signed up, but without obvious spammer links, so I let it go. Then today we get about 5 spam accounts signed up and they all seem to post their links in their messages. I wonder if they find that if a first account is not deleted right away that the coast is clear for more spammers (i.e. “the infantry”) to enter.

There's some goofy folks out there with nothing better to do. Kinda reminds me of dattaswami although he did have a legitimate message......if you could decipher his verbiage that is.

So is it better for us, when it's obviously a spammer, not to even look at it and not respnod ?
