    That was pretty nice.  Could be of use to some historians wanting to study footage of the era.  I must remark that there were an awful lot of cars driving with people sitting anywhere on top of the car.  Makes me wonder how many people fell off that day!

    That day, I was a 13 year old at Capitola, a beach resort we went to each summer 5 miles south of Santa Cruz on Monterey Bay.Sirens sounded, and some local beach type greaseburger palaces passed out free hot dogs for the day.

    Great footage, the most precious testimony that can be left to humankind as it's so genuine and “raw”.
