I cant be quite sure but I dont think so. I could be wrong though.
Cleopatra was Pharaoh, but the title was reduced in scope because she was still a subject of Rome.

Hatshepsut served as regent for her stepson, Thutmosis III, but then assumed the throne for herself. Her reign was quite prosperous.
