For years, people have surfed the web and social networking sites to find missing persons or long lost loved ones.Well, Isaiah Hine probably never imagined how Facebook would bring several people from different states together, 123 years after his death.In Oct. 2009, police confiscated a tombstone from a yard in Missouri.  A search began for the rightful owner.  Police turned to modern technology and to Facebook. In November, police contacted a Civil War reenactor and they search Ancestry.com.  It was determined Isaiah Hine died in Independence County, Arkansas in 1886 and the tombstone was ordered in 1890.The Civil War reenactor, Matthew Brock, then posted an email via Facebook to the Arkansas Tourism Department and Dena Woerner then got involved.Woerner sits down with Liz Massey on Today?s THV to tell how her department got involved and how they?re now searching for family and relatives of Isaiah Hine so they can return the tombstone to his final resting place.The tombstone is now being held at the Independence County Museum until more information is uncovered.Video Link: http://link.brightcove.com/services/player/bcpid34757275001?bctid=62224157001
