The server has been acting strangely since yesterday, and so this site has gone down a few times since then.  The problem is with my normally stellar hosting service, and if things don't fix themselves soon I may be looking for another one.  Rest assured I can transfer this current forum to a new host.  You don't have to worry about anything, though; this doesn't entail any changes for anyone but me.
