Generally speaking, the Right wants to legislate morals, the Left however wants to legislate behavior…which is far worse IMO.Bloomberg's soda ban isn't about morality, it's about behavior. And if that fails, they'll just increase taxes in an attempt to change behavior.  We have no choice, therefore no freedom. Not murdering unborn children is moral.  If an abortion ban happens, no one loses their rights.
