Definitely not this year. A few things are closed too.
Anybody that visits England should not expect it to look like the England of yesteryear. The sheer ethnic makeup of the country is amazing. I remember reading somewhere that 30% of Londoners are no longer English. The last time I was there I was shocked at how many people are not English. Think New York in the early 1900s with massive immigrant sections of town and you have an idea of modern London.
