    I also found a hoard in my basement last week; all made up of 1 and 2 euro cents  :'(ok I erased my lame pic of euro coins

    How big a bite out of that do you think the taxman is going to take?  I am guessing between 30-40%

    I wonder.  It could potentially be construed as “found items” or could be considered part of their property which appreciated overnight.  Chances are the government will get its hands on 40% or more.
