This coberst guy is copying and pasting the same exact posts here that he has pasted into dozens of other forums. See, for example:http://www.google.com/search?q=%22What+is+the+Association+of+Efficiency+with+Morality&hl=en&client=firefox-a&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&hs=Dnj&filter=0http://www.google.com/search?q=%22attempts+to+teach+minimum+fundamentals+that+prepare+an+individual&hl=en&client=firefox-a&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&hs=xAP&filter=0At the same time he is substantially responding to some of the replies made to his posts (something which robot spammers don't do) so I don't think he's an outright spammer. I don't know what his deal is or what he's trying to accomplish here. When I take this together with his off-post topics (that don't deal with history at all) I am ready to put him on a temporary ban.So, I will prohibit him from posting for a few weeks and he will a) complain to me, b) come back and post in another few weeks, or c) go away for good. I'm also going to remove his current off-topic posts that have no replies into quarantine.
Good call. I was going to suggest limiting his posts to 25 characters or less, but a temp ban is better. ;D
He is at least more entertaining than HF was so far, if just as flaky. I dont know what his angle is either. It is kind of fun trying to get a straight answer out of him.
