These twins were born less than a minute apart but in separate decades.  Identical twins born a decade apart on New Year's at Florida's Tampa General Hospital  A neat story and i bet that is not something that happens very often.  It says they were prematur and I wonder if it was planned that way?  The wording of the story makes me suspicious that it was, it is almost too coincidental.
