You may have read this – a person found a medieval crucifix, valued at over $500,000, thrown out along with other tossed items in Austria. Medieval crucifix found in Austrian rubbish skipIt turns out, according to the story, that the crucifix was lost some time back when the Nazis entered the picture during WWII. I think the story illustrates the fact that even valuable items can be misplaced at times and are awaiting re-discovery. So...what's in your attic?
