Donnie, I was looking at the schedule of your Cardinals and they could very well go undefeated this season because it seems like they have a cakewalk. Still, they may get little respect in the polls because of who they place. What is the highest in the rankings that you think they'll go? Even if/when some team ahead of them stumbles, can they really go higher than #7?
Louisville will not sniff the NC in any way because of the weak schedule. Next year in the ACC that won't be a concern.
So long as you accept this. I didn't know if you would be miffed at the “lack of respect” given to your team, even though I have to admit that it is enjoying a cream puff schedule this year. I'm actually kind of surprised that they would have agreed to it, unless it were done several years ago before they started getting good.

We scheduled Georgia and they backed out last year and was replaced with North Carolina. We tried to get Alabama when Virginia Tech wanted out of its game with the Tide, but they ended up fulfilling their contract. We tried to get Texas A&M too, but that didn't work out either. ESPN tried to make those last two games happen. Tom Jurich will not do 2 for 1 deals. It has to be home and home or no deal. The Big Boys don't want to schedule us even. It won't matter anymore once we get in the ACC. We will have Clemson and Florida State every year on the schedule to go along with Notre Dame next year.
