History Farts
ParticipantThis would be a gun belt and holster as seen in “Hondo”, and many other of the Duke's films. I ordered one from Burbank, but it never reached my porch. After discussion, the craftsman has begun a reconstruction because the original never reached my porch, even though UPS said it did.Stay tuned.

Participantinsurance. Shoot, I guess I hit the wrong button. But, bottom line, this guy is going to cut more leather and get the rig to me in about a month. And he will have to battle UPS whom said they delivered it. I refuse to denigrate UPS or the person I ordered a $550.00 gun belt and holster from. Somehow, the delivery system failed. My next comments will come in about a month. When I finally have my new Duke Rig.

A reasonable assumption, but, you don't know my neighbors - I do not consider them suspect.Greg

Not a problem. The supplier is starting a rebuild, to be delivered in about a month. We will probably never know why the first work (Duke Rig) - for a really fat man) ($550.00) never reached my door.

ParticipantI found out this morning from another lost UPS shipment ( I got vacuum bags in a box marked “1 of 2”, but the vacuum is missing …. from Sears. Anyhow, the driver this morning apologized and said that some other driver had left my gun leather at space 3 (I live on space 47). Inspite of traces, I learned this from the regular driver, not UPS. Can you say cover up their sorry &%$? So, here I am with vacuum bags, and no vacuum .... something is seriously wrong with our infrastructure. Phone calls to Sears and UPS produced conflicting statements. Nobody wants to admit they screwed up; they won't even talk to you.And this is a huge problem in this country - children are raised to believe they can lie their way out of anything difficult, even their own inadequate performance. And so customer service suffers .... 🙁I just want to yell at someone ...... >:(
