I just reviewed a film from 1967: Bonnie and Clyde. Four stars, by the way.Parker and Barrows stirred things up in the early years of the Depression.Could the current economy instigate similar persons to desparate actions? Driven, perhaps by insurance companies failing to pay benefits, or oil companies stealing your life savings? Can the current collapse of civilization be accelerated by idiots that fail to see the down slope, the repition of errors pronounced in the past?Probably not.
