That is why I love “Humanitarian Imperialism”, it is the liberals imposing their moral values on the world.  AT least in traditional Imperialism we we expect to derive some materiel profit from dominating foreign lands.  I think the liberals want thanks, and thanks is probably the last thing they will get for their ill-advised adventure.
