The remains of Sir James Tillie, who died in 1713, are believed to have been found in his mausoleum. Ok, so that doesn't sound all that unusual. People come up with some crazy stuff in their wills. I had a great-great-great-grandfather who was a slave owner disinherit one of his daughters leaving her the princely sum of $1 because she married a man from an abolitionist family. The estate was in probate for several years after his death in the 1850's according to family records but she eventually lost and has been subsequently lost to family history.
Wow, that's pretty drastic. That story would actually make for an interesting section in a book.
