Yes, I think that politicians these days do that. I think we've gotten so divided as a nation that each administration will help the opposition become motivated to take a stand. It kind of makes me wonder what it was like toward the late 18th/early 19th centuries. I know that people got pretty riled up back then as well, but at the same time I think they shared more of a common vision along certain lines.

Here is a nice little piece that appeared in Pravda, yes Pravda today. I pulled it off drudge: American capitalism gone with a whimper Has to make one wonder when the Russians accuse Obama of being Marxist, if anyone can they are in a position to recognize a Marxist when they see him. I hate to agree with the Russians on anything but this guy has some good points.
Seems like most of the Dems and RINOs should have made that call too, based on it takes one to know one.

Funny how fascism has been demonized within American culture but communism is given serious consideration by some. That, even though communism was likely responsible for at least as many deaths as fascism during the 20th century.

I believe communism and fascism run pretty much neck and neck in the deaths caused category. The big difference is that communists killed most of their folks at home for being non-conformers and fascists tried to conquer other countries. Dont forget china is a communist country, how many millions died during the Great Leap Forward and Cultural Revolution in China? I dont think anyone knows the answer to that question.

I am glad you are finally seeing the light. Israel and Israelis are not the demons the press would make them out to be.Sorry my posts are so short. I am supposed to be on leave and am stealing computer time, how sad is that? :-[
I still have religious differences about Israel, but as far as I'm concerned they should nuke Iran and tell the Palestinians to either obey their demands or suffer the consequences.I never wanted to jump on that "Obama is a Muslim" bandwagon, but he is and he is also a traitor. Obama will nickel and dime conservatives to death and those that are outraged by his policies will be demonized by the press as being unwilling to make the necessary sacrifices to keep America great. Thus begins the slow slide into soft totalitarianism. Obama and his democrats only differ from the fascists and communists of the 20th century in their methods not their desired outcome, which is total control over people's mind and body. People may think I am joking but it has been going on since the 70's and only intensified sice the Clinton years with the rise of political correctness and the various ways we are supposed to be aware such as cultural and environmental. The far left does not want us to be free any more than does the far right. The sad part is that those in the middle will watch their rights disappear without fighting for them because they dont want to be seen as extremists.It will be like the poem about the holocaust attributed to Pastor Martin Niemoller, insert liberal hates into the religious and ideological groups named, that is what will be written in twenty years.

I know this sounds Alex Jones-ish, but someone has to convince me that Obama the Muslim is not trying to destroy America and Western values (as he is commanded to do by his Koran) because I see the opposite We'll see what happens in 2010. If the dems stay in power, then I give up and will seriously consider moving to another country after I get my degree. I'll have a stress-induced heart attack if this Black Muslim evil dingbat serves another term. The media is just absolutely disgusting me, but ironically it seems like the European media is beginning to catch on to this false messiah's phoniness. I hate to think this way, but the extremist in me thinks the only way to change America back to normal would be by the use of violence. The NEA schooled, media fed, brainwashed sheep in this country are just too stupid to vote correctly. They don't even know the Constitution, nevermind economics and history.
Well, I posted a question over at NJO last fall about whether or not Obama was a Manchurian candidate. So now….is he, at least in one sense or another? He sure is lookin that way aint he? As my grandfather would have said: what does this boy think he is doing? Trying to anger every true American there is. It will be very interesting to see who gets put up to oppose him in four years, he is sure giving his opponents plenty of rope to hang him with if they do it right. Obama will re-energize conservative America all by himslef with his hopey-changey rhetoric and moronic actions and statements. He seems to think America has to beg for acceptance and apologize to the world, this strategy alone will backfire on him.
