    Poisoned Halloween Candy: Trick, Treat or Myth?This article pretty much explodes the Urban Legend of poisoned or tampered Halloween candy killing kids.  I remember having to take our candy to be x-rayed when I was a kid because starngers might put needles or something in it.  Personally I have never done that with my kid.

    Wow, that's interesting.  I grew up with those stories as well and did not know they were false.

    Calif. Trick-Or-Treaters Warned Of Pot-Laced Candy  It may not be poison but if your kids were super mellow last night after trick-or-treating maybe they did have tampered candy.  I would be curious to know if any kids candy was found to have been tampered with.  Undoubtedly, there will never be a follow up to this story.
