Not a surprise that claims like this are being made. H is also building a cult of personality to himself in Russia that is very Stalinesque. Russia's history since 1989 just tends to prove me right that the Russians would much rather e told how to think than to have to do it for themselves. They like Authoritarianism, I blame it on Ivan the Great.
