I wonder if he'll have any takers.
How can one citizen be enough to form a quorum that England would have to recognize? Is this guy really serious or is this just his way of making the news and enjoying 15 minutes of fame?
I cheer him on. It is always great to see someone fighting the dead hand of bureaucracy. He is like Canute and the sea though, I am certain the tide of government will wash back over him.
