Wow! And right in your area. Sounds like a steal to me….and I mean that in two senses of the word! It looks real to me, but if it is real it may be stolen property or illegally obtained if it's only $100. If I were you I might buy it and then contact some international board on stolen artifacts. Make sure to get contact information and a description of the seller. You could probably learn some neat things along the way.
I would report all “artifacts” to some authority. While there are legal sales of such items, there is a vast majority that is illegal. But most of that stuff you probably won't find on ebay.
