To add to the stupid laws collection Malawi is debating whether to outlaw farting. I think I got my best laugh of the day out of the second paragraph of this piece about the new law. Better in than out: African country set to make breaking wind a crime I am sure glad that some countries have serious stuff to debate. ;D
I predict that if this law is enacted the ownership of Boston Terriers will skyrocket. ;D
