    I have a feeling this kid was caught because of the large cult following he earned from his exploits.  Had he not gained such a reputation and a following in the media, I imagine his face would not have been plastered all over.  'Barefoot Bandit's 2-year run from law is over

    Interesting that he was supplied a b'proof vest… chances were greater of stepping a rusty nail and getting lock jaw IMHO.  ::)
