    Any number of post-apocalyptic, Max Mad/Waterworld/Book of Eli/The Postman-style societies.  Ok, maybe not Waterworld.  ;D

    Why not, you could easily replace the tires with pontoons and add a prop for propulsion. ;D  He would ned a truck for the kind of ammo that thing uses.  There is a reason they only generally mount electric Gatling-guns on aircraft.  5,000 RPM eats up a lot of bullets.
