It's hard to tell if the hunter here is seeking justice or trying to manufacture a story. The article leaves some key things missing, but it did mention this:

Yes, the article leaves plenty of key facts out. The tone tries to make this Gould guy out to be some kind of truth-seeker but to me really comes off as some kind of creep who is not looking for the truth as much as he is trying to make a buck.
