I think it feeds into her claim that he media is against her. I say this because such an obvious unintentional slip of the tongue shows up in the BBC, and also because it is used by some as an “illustration” that she has “no clue” when it comes to foreign politics. In truth, I think what she said is a non-story.
And “good ol' loveable” Biden and President “57-States” Obama are given passes by the same media.
