http://www.archeurope.com/_quiz/viking/vikings_intro.htmled. - after posting the quiz link, I realized it just isn't "for the little people". In other words, if you didn't take a class in Viking history, you might not get much out of it. I got 30%, and I guessed on most of the ones I got right. 😮
404 Not FoundThe resource requested could not be found on this server! ???
Well that's strange. It was working when I posted it. Anyway, I fixed it now.
10 Questions – a couple were multi-part “matching” of events, places or names… so, let's say 16 answers total. That meant, in my case, 16 scientific, well thought out, wild-assed guesses (as I know absolutely nothing about Viking history). I received a score of 20% - driven mainly by an absurdly lucky guess of who killed which Viking gods.
I didn't pass (10%) as you said you have to be an expert (or a Viking)
Ha ha, I'm reading what you guys are saying and I am totally in the same boat. I thought I had at least a survey knowledge of Viking history, but those questions were still too hard. There was a question, I think about who the wife of Thor was, who I might have been able to get had I seen the movie Thor now in theaters. ;D
30%. Obviously my knowledge of Viking dental history helped with two of the questions. 😀
20%, The two I got right are the only ones I did not guess on. I guess I need to brush up on my knowledge of Viking artistic styles. Who knew that a scratch on an axe could lend it's name to an art style? ???
I got 40%. I knew two answers and guessed correctly twice. What I know about Viking history wouldn't fill a thimble.
