    Saw this hilarious article today: Horde of 'Vikings' attacks home in Bavaria, injuring four  Rosenmontag is the day before Faschingsdienstag, the German version of Mardi Gras.  It is full of parades and parties before th start of Lent yesterday on Ash Wednesday (Aschermittwoch) in German.  I couldn't go to any because I had to work 🙁

    Was it simply a case of getting too much into character?  Maybe the home owner should have left some danegeld in front of the door….  😉

    Weird … not a single Viking attack during Thursday's Weiberfastnacht (Women?s Carnival Day) …  Viking chickens ? Alaaf !  ;D
