    According to a book by Colin Woodard the US is separated into eleven nations with distinct Cultural Identities.  Which of the 11 American nations do you live in?

    Interesting concept, though I question how distinct they really are anymore.  I have been to places in the U.S. where I was expecting greater cultural distinction than I actually found.

    I tend to think it is cheap gimmick as stories like these are meant to stir controversy or sell books instead of describe actual phenomenon.
