Wow, the Germans pretty much rule the nation. Surprising that the French and Spanish did not have nearly as large an impact, despite their strength during the early modern age.

I found it amusing that the authors of the article did not include any of the founders when they mentioned notable Americans with English ancestry. I guess I did not expect them to given that it is an English paper.Realy illuminating map though.
