The Left is really trying to push the “religion is outdated” argument. What's really bothering me is how the media is reporting this. It's hard to call them media anymore because it's nothing but propaganda. Not one of them is asking the important questions like all the points you just mentioned. And it's also bothering me that this is not blowing up in the Democrats face. I would expect more of a backlash. Are people that far removed from religion?
I have a name, date of death, and town. I was just wondering what they did with graves back then especially if the place is now a big city (like Boston). Would they move the graves or just build over them? Has anyone ever sucessfully used that findagrave website?
Is this part of the ancients did it so we should too fad?
I'm kind of surprised at your comment. If the ancients did it, and it was right, then yes we should do it too. The ancient Greek diet was and still is one of the healthiest. I'm all onboard with that, even if it's just a fad.
I forgot about the Boer and Zulu wars. I guess I was thinking more along the lines of wars with other European powers for imperial hegemony. Is this a good idea? The series I'm going to be reading is in chronological order. Maybe when I come to a key area I know little about, I'll educate myself some before reading further.
