I'm debating getting a tablet or just a reader. Good tablets are expensive though. Would rather buy a laptop. So do you have that inexpensive Kindle? Is it the one that's $99?
I'm thinking of it. Can you transfer and read regular PDF files on it? I have a lot of books in PDF format. If you say yes, I may get one.

I buy a not so expensive Green Bay t-shirt off season and they win the Superbowl. I buy an expensive GB sweatshirt from the Packers Pro Shop just before Brett Favre loses to the Giants. I buy an expensive stock just before Rodgers loses to the Giants. There seems to be a pattern here. :'(Think I'm gonna buy some cheap Rodgers and Tebow t-shirts this week.

I have a BA in Military History and MA in European History, both from AMU. I just applied for admission to the PhD Program at the Friedrich-Alexander University in Erlangen-Nuremberg in Germany. The admissions office said my degrees were good I just have to find a professor willing to supervise my dissertation.

No, I don't think it is at all. Too bad we all didn't think like this.The only major changes someone could make would be if a "radical" Tea Party REAL Conservative became President. That's the only thing, IMO, that could stop the Left turn this country is going in. Someone like Romney might slow it down a bit, but it will still go in a downward spiral. I am becoming increasingly cynical and discouraged everyday.
Romney can be more easily influenced and manipulated by a GOP controlled Congress than Obama can. Unfortunately, he can be just as easily manipulated by a Dem Congress. At the very least we all better hope the Repubs can win the Senate and keep the House. From the looks of things, that will be a battle as well.
