During the course of the war the Germans made 208 Zeppelin flights during which 5,907 bombs were dropped killing 522 people.
that doesn't sound very effective to me.

i am not sure they would succeed. the population of europe was a lot larger to the native americans. weapons are one thing but huge numbers is another.i would think they would invade somewhere closer to home to europe.
